Feature Requests

Firstly, as someone who only uses Mentimeter for specific presentations, which aren’t very frequent, the current monthly subscription model feels limiting. I would appreciate the option of a pay-per-event pricing model, which would allow users to pay based on the events they use the service for, rather than committing to a continuous monthly fee. This could make Mentimeter more attractive for occasional users like myself who don’t require constant access

My Company has an annual presentation that we make to our ESOP members and we were looking for a fun way to get everyone engaged at this event. I was looking online for a Company that would be able to provide us with software that would enable to do a competition involving everyone (around 75) being on their cell phone answering questions about our Company then have the ability to accumulate the results then show them on a big screen. Winners, of course, would receive prizes and all would get a better understanding of our Company. I loved the way that you have set up your software. It would be perfect for what we are trying to do. The only drawback to your concept is that I have to buy a whole year of service when I really only need a month worth of service (if it worked well we would definitely come back to it next year). One of your Competitors is offering a one month service. I haven't made a decision yet but you may want to think about adding this component to your pricing plans.

Like everyone else, my company is tight on budget and probably won't let me buy yet another subscription-based / monthly per-seat tool. BUT, I could probably get a yes for packet of responses/participants. Like, 1,000 extra participants for $50, I could get a yes for that. Would love to pay you all that money and get more responses in!

I can't justify paying for a yearly subscription of Menti at this time - but I would love to support the platform by paying monthly when I need to. Personally, I would pay up to $20/month for intermittent access. Since "events" are considered to be things like conferences - rather than for small spurts of work that I have both in my full-time work and contracting life - I can't afford those prices. Please keep me informed if you decide to add this model!

Please consider adding a 1-day or 1-week or 1-event option to allow for use of full-feature Mentimeter for non-business uses such as volunteer events for alumni groups. For example to allow > 5 questions in a Quiz tournament but for a reasonable price such as $10 or $20 for one presentation or for a short period of time. Thanks!

Most SAAS products offer a monthly billing subscription offer for a slight premium over the avg monthly cost of an annual subscription. Can you make this possible please? I only need it for a month but am not prepared to pay for a whole year's licence. I may come back and do the same in the future, or upgrade to an annual licence if it takes off. Not having this option limits this opportunity.

In the team we have budget available and we would like to make a single payment for the license to last two years or more. I understand that for now it is not possible, so I encourage you to suggest it for this valuable space.

The pricing is great but would be so helpful for quite a lot of people when the payed individual plans allow for collaborative sharing as well, which now is only reserved for company plans.

Currently you offer a discount for charities. This is offering the Pro account with a 40% discount. However, during the registration process, there is not a logical or well signposted journey for charities to complete the process (charities are not outright Education institutions), meaning that charities then get slapped with additional charges for changing the invoice because they are being forced to select 'Other' from your available categories.
