Menti Form Feedback & Requests

It would be good to be able to migrate a Live Survey to Form, or Form could use Live Templates as input to create a new Form.

Please enable SSO features for Forms so accurate data can be captured about who is responding :)

I am a learning designer and would love to embed menti forms in my online courses - if there were the option to share the form via an embed code, this would definitely make me upgrade!
