I work in a small NGO of 12 staff. A few weeks ago, I wanted to use Mentimeter to facilitate a workshop. The free version had only 50 participants or so. So I needed a paid version, upon checking the pricing plan, I saw reasonable monthly cost only to find out at the point of paying that I needed to pay 12 month upfront which is insane because I don't need Mentimeter the whole time and €158 is not small money for a small NGO to allocate to pay for only Mentimeter. I was looking for a monthly subscription as a pay as you go user sort of but none exist. The educational plan I was offered as "for NGOs" didn't help either since I still had to pay a year upfront. As a result, I ended up using the trial version and cancelling afterwards which I think is a revenue loss to you. Wouldn't you prefer to take my 13 euros rather than not get anything at all from a small user like me? So I'm proposing your subscription allows for monthly payment just like any other subscription service I know... like canva, chatgpt, Nextflix etc; unless you have a specific reason for this kind of pricing strategy. This will go a long way to help small users like myself and many other NGOs who can't pay for your platform because of the same issue. Kindly look into this and see what can be done. thanks
