Feature Requests

The groupings of Open Ended questions into common themes generated by the AI tools is a very useful function in the LIVE mode, but they are not retained or shown in the RESULTS report. This would add important value to Mentimeter.

The visual presentation of data in Mentimeter is fantastic - it’s one of the platform’s biggest strengths. However, it would be incredibly useful to be able to compare data from different Sessions directly within Mentimeter, even after using the Clear Results function. Currently, once results are cleared, the only way to compare sessions is by exporting data to Excel, which can be quite time-consuming and loses the beautiful, intuitive visualisation Mentimeter provides. Having an in-platform way to view and compare multiple 'sessions' of results side by side would make analysis much easier and more visually engaging. Would you please consider exploring this as a future feature?

I wish to be able to download a copy of the comments from audience

I reuse slides for my classes and each semester I reset the results for the new class. However, the correct answers still remain visible. I would like either the default or an option to hide the correct results when I reset the results for a slide or slide deck.

Our organisation runs multiple workshops daily/weekly using the same Menti, so we regularly need to reset the results. When we want to go back and view historic results, the options for this are extremely limited (and pop ups block key info on the 'Present' interface). My request is therefore multi-faceted - at the very least, it would make a world of difference to have a clean, pop-up free screen when viewing historical results in the 'present' interface to allow for screenshotting. It would be even better if we were able to download PDFs of historical sessions. Ideally, we would have the option of a dashboard where we could see visual results of all sessions combined (this would be quite literally life-changing for us).

It would be great to be able to export the AI groupings for open-ended questions to Excel and PDF. Many times, we give a presentation, and participants ask for the groupings. Currently you have to go back into present mode or copy from the HTML on the results page, but you can't just export those groupings to Excel or PDF.

It would be helpful to have selectable text in the PDF output file so that students can copy/save text into their notes when reviewing the presentation. This would also help the students engage with any URLs included in the presentation. As is, students have to type out the text manually or use a PDF OCR tool (which may not be able to accurately/effectively process a large multi-page PDF or distinguish text boxes from text included in any image). This would provide a major accessibility boost for students during their revision.

I want to be able to combine the responses from multiple sessions and see the collective responses in the graphs. We hope this is something Mentimeter can add as a feature.

I would like to compile data gathered from multiple presentations to be able to see 1. data from each presentation set and 2. averaged data gathered from multiple presentations. One of my slides is a word cloud. I would like to see the word cloud created by each group I present to, and then also to see the composite word cloud created after doing the same presentation several times throughout the year.

Ability to summarize the number of questions and group them by category and removing duplicates, also highlight the most asked questions using AI.
