Hi, we're using Mentimeter not just for interactive presentations but also for quality control (principals) and even for development and training of personnel.
I recently sent a survey out to 20 personnel asking input and ratings on specific business qualities - one called to let me say he'd been having trouble answering the survey correctly (he had misread the labels on the ratings) thus sending in pretty much a 'reversed' opinion on everything.
Another contacted me to let me know he'd only filled it out halfway and wanted to restart, if I could please remove the entries.
In both cases my hands are tied: without an option to specifically clear results from 1 respondent, I have skewered results in the built-in Menti result viewer.
If I want to have the actual correct data, I have to ask them to fill it out again under a different name and then manually export all answer data (.xls) and build graphs manually but it will never come close to the great result viewer that's already in Menti and it's hours extra work for something that should have honestly been a few clicks to exclude a knowingly faulty input.
We've subscribed to Menti for the first year as we're intending to use this program for several of our needs, but if this isn't an option I feel that we already have to be on the lookout for alternative options as this is quintessential to solid data processing on our end.
Hope this makes sense?
