A many years well proven tool for (analogly) monitoring team developments is the "Team Card". Simply spoken it's a spider graph with 6-10 team specific questions in the form of "How satisfied am I with ..." (axes). 0% of approval is in the middle, 100% of approval at the very outside of the spider graph. First, each team member individually votes on the scales, then all individual votes are combined into one spider graph for the joint discussion.
Transforming this process into digital seems to be feasable. Finally it's a different graphical representation of the normal voting bars, with the benefit of a whole overview of the team development topics.
