I am currently working on an interactive presentation using Mentimeter and I need to create a visual scale with a collective result in form of a spectrum with longer phrases at both ends (e.g., "I prefer a structured, rigid approach" on the left and "I prefer total freedom and flexibility" on the right), instead of numbers of short options (e.g. Do not agree, Very frequent) like it's used on a Likert scale. However, I was impeded by the character limit for scale options in the current setup. Is it possible for you to enlarge the character limit for the scale options, even if in a paid plan?
