Need to be able to select multiple slides at once (so that we can move several at once or change their Type) ... as we can do in PowerPoint and other platforms.

You can (since some time) mark several slides to e.g., move them around and copy to other presentations.

It would be great to have the possibility to delete more than one slide or to move more than one slide (i.e. as in PPT, where you can mark several slides and then do something with them.

We are currently testing this functionality but it's already possible to select several slides at the same time and move them.

Unfortunately there are still some limitations to what you can do with a selection and we have not really planed for changing the type of several slides at once at this time.
