I would like to add a NPS survey to my presentation, which includes one scale question, followed by a free text question? However, it does not allow you to add more than one question on one window.

I downloaded the NPS template from your website, but it does not automatically calculate the NPS score (but it calculates the average, which is not usefull). Would be great if you can build in an automatic NPS calculation!
