I think you can improve in one topic, when it comes to Excel exports.

We just finished a complex World-Café session with about 60 participants. We created a presentation and presented from Mentimeter. Voting was done by Mobile.

As this was a World Café, we had 8 rounds with around 8 participants each round. As we asked the same questions to all groups, we deleted the old results and archived these. So far, so good.

Now, to get all the results, we have to get it from all 8 excel exports manually. That’s too much effort and I think it could be done better. May you implement some kind of ‘event’ which summaries all the individual sub-sessions and providing the grand total of all sub-sessions.
