In Enterprise workspace the name shown as "Admin" on Group page is the group creator, and there is no way to change this to the actual group admin. This results in other Admins mis-identifying other Admins and generates extra comms, which is onerous for a large globally dispersed organisation with over a dozen groups that need to coordinate.
Problem:
  • the label "Admin" on Groups top page is misleading and incorrect
  • Group's creator is not necessarily the person managing the group
Requested changes:
  • show the names of actual group members with Admin designation instead
  • for groups with no Admin, make Workspace Owner the admin to alert them that an Admin should be assigned
  • if stil necessary to have Group Creator name showing, update the label on the Groups top page from Admin to Created by to clearly indicate that the person shown is the creator, not the Admin.
