We've been using Menti since August 2022. Having to wait for our subscription to expire before manually requesting an invoice to renew each year makes renewing with Menti unique and overly complex.

I wish we could just set up Auto-renewal to pay via CC; however, since Mentimeter is not US-based, we have to pay via PO.

Please consider emailing out an invoice 30 days prior to expiration for the Pro or Business plan not on Auto-renewal.

NOTE: Mentimeter is the only software company we deal with that doesn't email renewal invoices.
