Example:
1st question "Do you think xyz is relevant for us?"
yes/no
2nd question only for those who have answered question 1 with "yes".
"Do you see an opportunity to discuss xyz with our colleagues?
yes/no
  1. question only for those who answered yes to question 2.
With which potential colleagues could you discuss xyz?
