Can we have the ability to define midpoint label/values in scales? e.g. Displaying "4-75%" instead of 4-"Agree"

I like the scale question but it would be better if I could add more options the range of options. 
mid-values like 1.5-2.5 and so on.
Is it possible?

It would be very interesting to have different ranges to each statement, and to have totals and averages.
