During a mentimeter presenation i tried to close the voting with the "C"-shortcut on a Q&A-slide. Then i can see "voting is closed", but for the audience it was still possible to wrote further questions and to like questions. Unfortunately it is not possible to close Q&A slides at the moment. Hopefully you can implement it in the future.
