calculate useful percentages for questions with multiple options

Currently mentimeter takes the number of votes per question-option divided by the number of total votes for that entire question. This makes percentage meaningless for questions where participants can select multiple options.
It would be great if you could ask it to take the number of votes per question and divide it by total number of PARTICIPANTS that took the question...

in multiple choice, select many: % results should show % of participants who chose it, not % of all options chosen

When using a multiple choice question with more than 1 correct answer, in my opinion, the answer percentages are incorrectly presented.
For example;
If a question has 2 correct answers, and you have 1 participant answering correctly, both answers will show as 50% on the bars.
To me, it would appear more logical that both bars were at 100%; 100% participants chose these answers.
So instead of calculating these numbers over all votes, it should be calculated per answer. (hope that’s clear…)
This means that the sum of the percentages should be 100% x the number of required answers.
Meaning; [so many percent] of the participants chose this answer.
Is this a misperception on my side or something that would be feasible to choose/change?

Agree! This math calculation would be more accurate for workshop use.
