Better options for sharing in a team

Shared Folders PLEASE: After 3 x years of using Menti - and dozens of folders and polls - I have added two more team members in a Pro subscription. I can share templates, I can invite collaboration - but only it seems poll by poll. It wold be super to be able to invite collaboration on a FOLDER of polls (grouped by category in Folders - type of poll, type of customer, type of subject) To SHARE all I need to, will take several days poll by poll - and then my team members will spend half a day each recreating my initial folder structure. It would be great to avoid this.
Making each user work only in an independant workspace is not very collaborative

Allow MentiMote to be shared with any user, so multiple can drive and moderate a session

And folders in the Shared Template view!

Yes please. We have a growing team and multiple presentations that will be incredibly difficult to keep organized when added to just a long list in the Shared Templates view. My team NEEDS folders!

And, these things to happen in a group / with a peer, if you've got an institutional level and multiple groups across it - we don't all need to share each others stuff!

Hi Colin!
We do not have that exact solution in place at the moment. But if you are on an Enterprise plan with at least 50 members you can now access a feature called Groups. The feature makes it possible to organize your team into groups and within that group you can share presentation templates. I will link the help article here(https://help.mentimeter.com/en/articles/4488452-create-groups-within-your-organization) if you want to read more about it! Please let me know if you think it solves your problem or not!

Kyriaki Sarampasina: Hi Kyriaki- I have the same problem as Colin, but the Enterprise option does not work my team at all. We are a small nonprofit with 10 staff members, so in addition to not being able to afford the Enterprise level, we would never need more than 5-10 seats. We frequently help each other out in trainings and data processing, so it is incredibly inconvenient that you cannot share folders and access results from multiple trainings without sharing each individual presentation. We are currently exploring other training solutions because this has caused so many problems for our team. Please let me know if you have any solutions for this.

Very needed feature - to allow a team collect to data using the same presentation, adding to a shared pool of growing knowledge. Imagine four trainers asking the same question to a class. Later, a co-facilitator or program designer could look a the shared feedback across all four four classes to realize what course's biggest challenges may be.

I agree with Ulrick that having the ability to get the data from multiple instances of an identical presentation owned by different members of staff would be useful
Emma Duke-Williams
LInked to that, the ability to have multiple authors, so that a group could co-create a presentation they're all going to use; right now, we have to create, share, updaet & share back again ...
