Allow - and require! - multiple answers in quiz

It is many questions in a quiz where you want the audience to pick a number of correct answers among the choice they´re given. Example: "In what countries is it allowed to....?" , "Point out the people who have received the nobel prize award!", "Order the bloodtest you want for this patient" etc, etc.
Then of course you want to give points in order to if they have got ALL correct answers (and no more...). There could be an opportunity for the quizmaker to select if either give only points/correct answer if exactly the right choices are made OR you get some pints if you pick one crrect answer, more points if you get ALL correct answers (but no false...)

I totally agree but I would also like to add the option to deduct points for an incorrect answer. This would stop learners selecting all to try to get more points.

Select multiple correct answers

enable participants to select more than one correct answer in Quiz. E.g. if 1,2 and 4 are correct, each participant should be able to select all 3.

As of September 2023, I can indeed ask questions like: Which pieces of equipment do we have at the PET-centre in Bergen?
A. Ultrasound B. SPECT/CT C: PET/CT D: PET/MR.
The correct answer is all 4 of 4.
This feature actually works now. It even shows square buttons to distinguish multiple options from single choice = radio buttons (which are round and which pop out).
The only problem: When you operate in multiple true/false mode, the percentages are wrong. Let's assume there are n students who have voted and m alternatives. Then mentimeter assumes that 100 % = All alternatives that have been affirmed by the students. Let's say all students pushed 2 square buttons for alternatives A and B, which both are correct. Then mentimeter assumes 100 % = 2 n (= total number of checked alternatives), and the bar for A and B will show 50 % each. That is incorrect!
The percentages should be calculated for each alternative with 100 % = n, the number of students. Then "A" will be 100 % and "B" will be 100 %.

Add Multiple Choice to Quiz competition
Manuel Langlotz
It would be great, if questions Typ Multiple choice would be added to quiz competition, so one can integrate a multiple choice question into a quiz.
I think this would be an real upgrade for every quiz !

Would be great to be able to have multiple answers allowed on the Quiz presentation. The template allows you to check multiple answers giving the impression that it's capable but when you actually present it, you're only allowed one answer. Would be great option. Please help!

I absolutely agree. The 'Select Answer' question type in the quiz competition doesn't allow multiple correct answers.

In quiz mode, change it so that participants can select more than one answer. Can do that in Multiple choice mode, but not quiz mode.

Hi there this feature was flagged as in Progress in March 2021 (10 months ago). Is there an update or estimate for when it will go live? Thanks
Amadeus Stevenson
I often have to negate questions to get around this, which is really confusing. +11111
