Add Delete button to open questions in Mentimote

I'm using Mentimote to moderate the Q&A questions coming in. To delete a question, I have to mark it as answered first. Could you add the 'Delete' button to Open Questions too?

We just release a new Mentimote version where it is possible to delete questions without marking them as answered.
