Add a strictly timer slide

I would love to have a slide type that was a big timer.
- Set the time (for example 5 minutes)
- Big numbers in the middle, counting down.
- Start/stop timer with click.
- Maybe add something vizual so I can customize my timer
- Optional: sound when only 10 or 30 sec left, ticktack ticktack.
I would use it for example when I want people to send in questions, or upvote questions.
