To survey mood and learning progress we use the 2x2 grid questions type. Therefore, we defined for each team member two variables that they have to fill. They will select “skip” for all input variables that belong to other team members. Since the setting is on “ignore skipped values”, the result is a grid with a clearly positioned dot regarding mood/learning progress per employee.

Enhance the question type by the option to either

1// Each team member enters their name first, than is re-directed to a specific UI where they can only select their variables.

2// “Untouched” variables are ignored by default, team members do not have to manually “skip” variables not assigned to them.
