🗳️ Voting on Groups for Open-Ended Questions
- you can now allows participants to vote on groups in open-ended questions. After collecting open-ended responses, simply enable the group voting option. Participants can then view grouped responses and submit their votes. Note: in order for this to work, you must have the AI tools turned on.
☁️ Word Cloud: New addition for Beta users on the Results page

🔒 Enhanced Anonymity in Excel Exports
- Workspace admins now have the option to restrict Excel exports. This update, aimed at our Enterprise plan customers, ensures that exports are disallowed if a presentation has fewer than 10 participants. Q&A participants are counted separately, maintaining flexibility in varied presentation formats. Additionally, timestamps have been removed from the Excel export to protect participant privacy. This change is crucial for maintaining participant anonymity, especially in smaller groups.
👥 "Shared with Me" Update
- Presentations shared with you will soon appear in a dedicated "Shared with Me" area, decluttering "My Presentations". This logical separation aims to reduce confusion, as shared presentations have limited actions (like move, delete). Note: This change applies only to Pro and Enterprise users; basic users continue with view-only access through email links.
🌅 Simplifying our slide offering
- as a part of our commitment to making Mentimeter more intuitive we have decided to retire the Slide Library. These slides haven’t given our users the value we thought, and usage has been low since release. We will instead focus our efforts on making our most popular slides even better.
