New free workspace role: Member lite
- a free workspace role that doesn’t occupy a license in Basic, Pro or Enterprise workspace. Member lite can collect responses from up to 50 participants monthly and create Mentis with free features. The new Member lite role enables organizations to include team members into their workspace, enhancing the team experience and asset sharing. By default, we allow 20 Member lite roles per workspace. New team setting
- we added a new permission setting that allows Pro and Enterprise workspaces to control who can invite new Member lite users to their workspace (admins only or everyone in the workspace). 🌐
Global presentation reactions
- reactions are now the same across a Menti — instead of per slide. This means that you turn them on and off for a full Menti instead of per slide. Add, remove or change which reactions you want in your Menti from one place! To learn more about reactions, check out this help article. 🗂️
Responses tab in results
- you can now view a detailed breakdown of the data collected in your presentation in the Responses tab on the results page. We are confident that this will allow you to better understand your responses, and in turn, your participants. We currently support multiple choice, word cloud, open ended, scales, quiz, ranking and pin on image. Read more about results here. 💽
Custom Data Retention
- our new custom data retention policy determines how long presentation data (votes, Q&A) is stored within Mentimeter, before being permanently deleted. With this feature, Enterprise customers can set a data retention policy on their workspace (for example 6 or 12 months).
