Product Updates - April 2026

📱 - We've redesigned Mentimote with a slimmer, clearer interface that's more visually refined and easier to use. The new version includes QR code scanning so participants can instantly open Mentimote on their mobile devices. You can easily switch between the new and previous versions using a toggle. ✍️ - we just released support for a dyslexia-friendly font in the presentation view. The font, Open Dyslexic, is widely used to improve readability for users with dyslexia. To use it, create or edit a custom Theme and select Open Dyslexic as the font family. This update comes from multiple customer requests and is another step toward making our product more inclusive. 🖼️ - We simplified the editor by moving more editing directly onto the canvas and reducing reliance on side panels. Instead of switching between different editing menus, users can now click and edit content directly, which feels more predictable and intuitive. We also brought all slide settings into one panel (instead of three), so you don’t have to click around to find the right controls. Try it out here!

📑- we've upgraded PDF exports on the Results page from image-based screenshots to text-based documents. This means your exported results are now accessible with screen readers, searchable with "Find," include clickable links, and can be easily parsed by AI tools for summarization and analysis. Exports may take slightly longer for larger presentations, but the improved functionality makes your presentation data more useful long after your session ends. Available for paid plans. 🇧🇷 - Todos os usuários agora podem ativar o português brasileiro nas configurações de conta. Novos usuários com português brasileiro como idioma do navegador (ou que selecionaram português brasileiro em nosso site antes de se registrar) receberão automaticamente o Mentimeter em português brasileiro. Esta é a quarta língua do Mentimeter, juntando-se ao inglês, alemão e espanhol.

📊 - Segmentation has moved to make it easier to analyze your audience responses in real-time. You can now access segmentation directly from the Insights button in the bottom left corner while presenting ⬇️

? Segmentation lets you break down Multiple Choice question results based on how participants answered another question: perfect for getting deeper knowledge through attributes like department, team, or role, and seeing how different groups respond. You can also pre-set segmentation in Edit View or access it later in the Results page. Read more about segmentation here.

📈 - Workspace admins and owners can now see how many members have used AI features directly on the Workspace Insights page. This new metric helps you understand AI adoption across your team and make informed decisions about your workspace setup. Available for Enterprise workspaces. Read more about workspace insights here.
